Voice of William

In the interest of *no spoilers*, I'll simply identify him as the voice talking to Shaun and Rebecca outside the Animus. Does anyone know who his voice actor is? To me, it sounds a lot like John de Lancie, and that'd be awesome if it was, but I'm not certain.
