Their Faces...

So far, I'm enjoying this game pretty thoroughly, but...

Am I the only one getting pissed off that Ezio, Desmond, and Altairs faces all look much different than the previous games? Also, why does Altair sound so different?

These are small complaints, yes, but it's really starting to take away from the experience of the game, at least for me

Has anyone really been far as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

Ubisoft used a facial capture system similar to the one used in L.A. Noir. So now they look more like the actors. As for Altair's voice it doesn't bother me.

I'm sorry, I'm having trouble hearing you, I'm getting a lot of bullsh*t on this line.

Well, I'm getting used to Ezio, but Desmond and Altair just look ridiculous to me... hahaha. I'm liking the game overall though

their faces are awful. Altair's face was the only one that I thought looked the same (when he was young), but after that it's terrible. And it never really felt like Altair to me because of the different voice actor. Was jarring

You also have to remember that Altair's voice was his Animus voice that was given to him and also explained why all of them spoke English. The second game there was back in forth between English and Italian due to the upgrade of the Animus. In Revelations, Altair's parts are being gone through as they actually did and not through the Animus. Because they are being gone through as Ezio is reading the story. So the Altair's accent is his real accent he actually had. Desmond's face was the only one that looks off. I thought maybe that was because he is in a coma and it is just the Animus's view of him with him mind all jumbled up and that is not really how he looks to Rebecca, Shaun and William. But then the end of the game he looks that way. But oh well. I didn't mind the voice change for Altair and I liked that he got kill streaks and didn't have to fight everyone defense/counter wise like in the first game.

I am so with you Dcrimmins.

In the previous games Ezio had a very characteristic face and was generally very charming. While playing revelations I felt like an old random guy with Ezios voice. Very disappointing :(!
