Hi, does anyone know what the relevance of Morgan saying Casey had given him AIDS? Was it to do with her healthcare research? Thanks

No. Hes crazy. They never slept together, never dated, he worked at her cafe for only 4 days and even then she couldnt stand him. Him accusing her of giving him aids was just an excuse to harrass her, because he was crazy and imagined all sorts.
