I do hope you're not referring to the scene where he meets the vampires out in the woods and tears his shirt off before turning into the "squirrel" dog, because that's not his body. LOL. They put his head on someone else's body, it's just a trick effect. He doesn't have washboard abs and flexing pecs for real. I figured that particular scene was pretty obvious - you can even actually see the line on his neck where it was blurred/blended like a quickie photoshop chop.

Watch the first movie where he's in the bathtub - he's just a skinny teenager. It's funny that shirtless scene fooled people, though!
