Release dates and availability of 'DEAD SHADOWS'

When will this movie be made available to the public? Is it on DVD/Blu-ray right now? If so where can I find it? Is a decent bootleg copy available? What kind of release will it have? A wide release or small? Can someone, anyone help me find answers to these questions. I would greatly appreciate it.
