Changed. At first he's wearing a red shirt and his detective badge. Then a scene of two later he's wearing his uniform. That's pretty bad editing. They must have done a lot of takes for him to change clothes while being flirted by leggero and it seemed her top changed but she left the room and put something hotter on.
