What could have been a wonderful psychological thriller...
...ends up being the typical ghost film. Why so many supernatural elements when everything could have gone fine without them.
There are several scenes in the film which, in my opinion, ruined it:
- When the protagonist sees a black dog and then a group of children stand in a row behind him. What's the point? Who's seeing the children? Me?
- The protagonist sees the Boogeyman's face on the computer screen and then, while he looks away, the Boogeyman turns his face towards the camera, looking at ME lol. WTF? Is the film trying to make me think I'm crazy?
I mean, it is THE PROTAGONIST who is driven mad, it's HIM who has to see those things, I'm not going to believe that a face in a photo from a computer screen can turn and look at me...
I'm demanding. I may hate Casablanca and enjoy Freddy vs. Jason
