How were the kids able to overpower their parents?

One thing that bothered me is that it doesn't really make sense that the kids would be able to pull off these murders, unless the demon gives them super strength, which was never made clear. Even in the case of Ethan Hawke's fam, sure she poisoned him but how did she get the mother or even the older brother tied up? How was the one girl able to hang her parents from the tree? In every setting it makes very little sense to me that the child would have the physical strength to actually pull those murders off.

I thought it was obvious that Bughuul gave them super strength, how else is a kid going to pull a full grown adult tied to a lawn chair into a swimming pool? How does a kid have the strength to swing an axe? How is a kid going to saw through a tree branch? Manual saws have terrible hacking efficiency, you have to really apply a strong amount of force to it.

He/it is a deity and was giving them what they needed to get the job done. They do all the work and he still gets their souls.

They all drugged the parents and siblings. Like at the end when the daughter gave her dad the coffee.

The adults were drugged. It was clearly mentioned in the movie !!!

Well, yes, they were drugged, perhaps even to the point of full unconsciousness, but these things that were brought up here aren't answered by that alone. Each family member in all of the killings were moved, positioned and in all cases, brought together in the same place. No way could she move a single one herself.

Excellent point and I don't think some got what your were saying. It has to be that the pagan God gave them super strength to move all the bodies and saw through limbs. Perhaps the most miraculous thing was the girl who used the lawn mower started it with one pull!! My mower never starts with the first pull, and ESP the older ones. Surely the gods were helping there as well.

The children all had the supernatural on their side so it should not be surprising they were able to do this.

they drugged their fam using that green liquid stuff.
similar to "Troll 2"

except the dad didn't notice he was drinking neon green goo until it was time for the movie to end. . ..

Also all the stress leading up to the end would exhaust and stress out any parent. They were likely not sleeping or thinking clearly
