Anyone else finds the deaths hilarious?

Sinister was a good film, good use of music and atmospheric sounds to create a mood. But I just.. I just found those family murders so damn funny! Like when they all got pulled into the pool in lawnchairs, seeing their feet wiggle in cute little jitters, it just set me off. Then I realized in all of them their feet or hands were doing a beebop and just couldn't help myself. Like I said overall a good movie just those struck me funny.

I didn't find it funny, I mean, it's a family of innocent people drowning and they're kicking their feet trying to escape while they die in the dark. Hahaha...? 😕

I like this film too, but I didn't find the videos a laughing matter. Perhaps you should see a doctor

Oh c'mon, obviously everybody knows it wasn't a real family, there's no reason to get all sarcastic and condescending. It's just the idea that the OP finds the deaths "funny" that bothers people. Whether they're acting or not, death is never funny. I honestly don't see what's so funny, regardless of the subject matter. It's a family drowning in a pool whilst being tied to lawn chairs. Maybe there's some kind of joke here I'm just not getting, but I think it's just that the OP has some kind of weird issue or something. :-\

The movements looked awkward and slow because the victims were all drugged. If they weren't then the victims would have fought back a lot harder than they did.

Yeah could not see as funny at all. The hanging family, showed again and again, reminded me of the real snuff films of Russian serial killer Anatoly Slivko. So that was rather upsetting.

Have you seen Schindler’s list. You would probably see it as a great comedy.
