Just saw this...What's with Lea Michele's voice?

I don't watch Glee (on tv). Just saw this on satTV as there was nothing good on. There are some good voices in their group. Liked the miXed group of guys voices. It is a lot of work to miX voices like that and get them to sound that good. They sounded great together. Liked the girls who play Mercedes and Santana. They sounded really good. What's with LM? There are times when she sings when her voice sounds really good. However, other times (most of the time), if you didn't look at the screen, you would think you were listening to a little girl singing, as her voice sounds really juvenile. Does she manipulate her voice that way on purpose? It's horrible, annoying and horribly annoying.
