They didn't get it.


The producers, I mean. Most concert movies are straight-to-DVD, so the ones with theatrical releases are supposed to have "something else". Most of them show the creation and preparation of the concert.

I was expecting to get to know the cast of GLEE, and see how they managed to do what they do. But whenever they show them backstage, they're in character. Also, they show the stories of some of the fans. I have nothing against them. They seemed like nice people. But I was watching that INSTEAD of the cast.

I'm glad I saw this on T.V. Paying money would've been a waste. There's a big problem when a Justin Bieber movie does something better than your movie.

I expected that because that's what most concert movies with theatrical releases do. I'm not saying they shouldn't have played the characters. They should have on stage, but backstage?
