While being detained in jail they dumped a bucket of cold water on him? The other officer keeps throwing crap at his face? None of that can possibly be legal. Dumping a bucket of cold water on someone to get a confession is essentially torture.

My friend came out of that jail looking like he fought Mike Tyson. The cops claimed he resisted arrest. They can do whatever they want. The only reason that one guy in ny busted the cops that sodomized
him was because the act itself was to heinous to explain. If they had just beat him up, nothing would have been done.
