Question about Frank's situation (spoilers)

I realize this might just be speculation (unless I missed something), but who do you think setup Frank when he got busted?

Here's my list of candidates:

Tony: I don't think so, but it would be interesting since it seemed like almost everyone was lying to each other.

Marlon: Maybe. He's an ex-con who shows up out of the blue to buy drugs. But why would he throw the drugs back to Frank when the cops show up?

Danaka: I don't think she master-minded anything, but she could have been in-the-know.

??? from Amsterdam: This seems most plausible (but opens a whole new line of questions about how he could have known how things would go down) because he tells Frank the money isn't real because he'll be dead tomorrow. Seems more than a coincidence, no?

What do you think? Does the film say?

Frank obviously thought Tony was at fault either directly setting him up or unintentionally by careless conversation. It was also curious that Tony "injured" his ankle immediately prior to the transaction making him unable to participate. I tend to think Tony's beating was well deserved.

I agree. Tony's "injury" was way too convenient. He's also the one that set up the buy in the first place.
