Did I miss the part in the trailer where they mentioned ridiculing her? It seems like they were all friends.

The "bride" seems to be a very incidental character. The movie is more about the bridesmaids.

I am confused too, I watched the trailer and it seems like they were all best friends in high school, not that they used to pick on her in high school. So I am not sure, is the movie plot wrong?

i think the guy who's marrying becky "the bride" is the ex-boyfriend of the kirsten dunst's character. I think the bridesmaids were more like the MEAN GIRLS in high school, now they're a bunch of pathetic grown-up women.

Nope. They are all good friends, but Rebel's character is getting married first, and to a really hot and rich guy. This sparked some emotions in the bridesmaids. Kirsten's character was angry that she wasn't getting married first, Lizzy's character had to see an ex at the wedding, and Isla's character is just all over the place. I actually enjoyed it. Guys, try not to piece the movie together from a trailer. Give it a go!
