Very last (instrumental) song during credits!?

Near the end of the credits, right after the songs in the movie were listed there is some incredibly beautiful and peaceful guitar music.

I can't find out what song it is. It's not on the soundtrack, neither Shazam nor SoundHound (smartphone apps) know it.

Anybody who knows the song?
