Why weren't the drug dealers afraid of cellphones?

They never show the bad guys discovering the phones in the car. Even if they did, Dave and Amy could have had multiple cellphones. I personally have 2 cellphones. There is no way real life bad guys would have hung around with the risk of cellphones and the cops showing up.

True and we're led to believe they move into the house without checking on light and power connections and there's no land line into he house, even though it's supposed to have all this hi-tech security, but no alarms into security firms. This whole film was just totally unbelievable.🐭

They were overconfident in their ability to get into the house quickly. Also the drug transaction records and still-living witness were so damaging to Dolph and Ray's criminal careers and the cartels at large that they probably felt it was worth the risk.

...and Mrs. Taylor sure seems to use a lotta ice, whenever he's away
