More movies like this? Mumblegore?

Absolutely loved this film. I've been watching a lot mumblegore and mumblecore but Entrance has stuck with me, I can't shake it, and I would love to watch similar films. I love the slow burners like this that leave the horror/thriller element/concept as almost a B plot until the very end and/or sprinkle hints/implications/foreshadows etc, and instead concentrate on the characters. Films that I've seen that are similar:

House of the devil
The innkeepers
Rubberneck
Honeymoon (2014)
Coherence (sort of)

I've searched through loss of mumblegore films online but I'm hoping there are more like "entrance" that's are hidden away, as entrance didn't come up on these mumblegore lists.

Any recommendations?

Have you seen the movie Hunting? A young woman goes geocaching in LA and opens herself up to something threatening. It has a similar feel of dread, as the woman walks around looking for hidden "treasures".

The movie is on Amazon.
