Copying dead the dead rising series?

In the game dead rising 2 the drug " zombrex" was used to stop the zombification process. This sounds like someone who made this film has played the game. I don't know for certain because I haven't actually seen " zombex" but it sounds awfully familiar don't you think? But then again I could be completely wrong.
