Why is 'bitch' bleeped out?

The word is in the dictionary and in the western media people often use it openly (even in TV shows), there is no shame in using that word.
When I heard the song "Karma is a *#&$@" I thought maybe they were bleeping out the F word but I thought it doesnt make any sense, the term is Karma is a bitch.
No reason to bleep that word out, here is the dictionary on that word:

In Hindi cinema lot of things don't make sense, if anything does at all. Since you cannot change anything, you are left with only 2 choices-watch it or don't. I go with the latter. These conceptually challenged film-makers in turn, are compelled to write scripts suitable and easy to understand for the retarded masses. I just finished watching carnivale and hemlock grove(tv-shows). I'd bet half of the population would not understand the first dialogue in S01e01. If they did, these filmmakers would be having a tough time right now racking their pigeon-brains penning even half-witted concepts.

Sorry to reply after so long but I simply had to!
