Bill Maher is grade A "not nice" and a self absorbed *beep* and he wasn't targeted in the film.

Where the guy is told he's dying but the lab messed up and it turns out he's not. But he did all this crazy unforgivable *beep* after he found out and he's hoping the lab was right the first time.
