Season 5: Richard and Keisha episodes airing out of order?

Does else anyone notice the inaccuracies on FBoW this season? Were the Keisha and Richard episodes taped out of sequence? In episode 3, Richard hurt his back but, in episodes 4-6 he was back at work. He choked Keisha at the studio in episode 6 but in episode 7 he's bedridden? What the what?
