Is that similar to the film "The Wing and the Thigh" with Louis de Funes ? Or even a remake ?

No no no... The movie you mention is with a food critic and his aloof fat son who just wanted to be a clown. French moviemakers rarely do remakes... if ever!

Whatever it is, it is one horrible movie. It's more like a Ratatouille remake but done in a poor way.

this movie is not a remake the story is different it,s a nice comedy a nice movie

It's usually a bad idea to remake a film that had de Funes, Stallone proved it with Oscar :)
