Suzuha tells Okabe that Kurisu will work for SERN. That is the Alpha line, the one where Mayurii is being killed all the time? Why would she end up working for SERN?

shareKurisu will work for SERN in any world line that is within Alpha attractor field. There's a very short novel telling the story of one of the Alpha lines(divergence 0.334581％), where Kurisu, Okabe and Daru were kidnapped and sent to SERN headquarters after Mayurii's death. She was originally forced to work for SERN but later changed her mind because she started to believe that working for SERN might give her opportunity to use time machine for their cause and alter the fate.
Remember this is just ONE possibility of how Kurisu could work for SERN. She might have been forced to do that in other Alpha world lines. We never know.
