What now?

Series one was brilliant, season two was fantastic and now the film is the cherry to go on top.

But will we ever see more of K-On, or is the film the end?

Will we ever have a third season where we can see there adventures in University, or a second film?

I hope so.

Despite how I usually feel about things as brilliant as K-On being dragged out, I just can't imagine it ever going downhill.

I don't want the series to end yet, I want to see them go on to become famous and play gigs at huge stadiums and mature and become adults and I want to see all the things the writers can come up with for the characters to experience in doing all these things.

I'm very much in favor of a 3rd season. The manga follows them into university so they have a reason to carry on the anime.

I'm not sure I want to see them become really famous, and play huge gigs. I think it works better as just a group of friends who like to play music together, so I'd be fine with going through university, but I think they should probably leave it at that.

I'm fine with them not being famous, I just mean I want to see more of what happens to the girls, wether it be pursuing music as a career or doing it for fun or absolutely anything.
I just really want them to make more!

I may just have to pick up the manga...

Oh I agree. I've never really been into manga though. Reading it online just isn't the same as having a physical copy, but acquiring a physical copy costs money, which I don't have much of.

Besides, if I was going to start getting into manga there are a few other ones I'd want to read before getting around to k-on, as much as I love it.

I was literally thinking the exact same thing...

I'm not in to manga as much as I am graphic novels, and were I to come across money there are a lot of graphic novels out there I currently want more than I would a K-On manga.
And games too...

If only we could just have things without the need to pay for them...

Oh man. The amount of stuff I'd buy if I had the money.

At the same time though I'm a little glad I don't have a lot of money, because then I would probably never leave the house. I enjoy having a social life.

I've never been into graphic novels much either. I used to read comics when I was a kid, but I haven't in quite a while.

I'm not a huge fan of your general Marve/Dc stuff (I dont mind it, but I find that superheroes can be pretty tiresome)

I prefer graphic novels with self contained stories, rather than things that just go on forever without an ending.
Stuff like Blankets, Maus, Scott Pilgrim or Wasteland.

I'm never glad I dont have money, but I always manage to make do.
I'm at University at the moment so I'm never in a position where I desperately need money but don't have any, but I do end up going through very large periods where I cant just buy something because I want it.

I'm a university student too. I know exactly what you're talking about.

I have read a few of the kind of graphic novels you're talking about, like watchmen, V for vendetta etc. My all time favorite is Neil Gaiman's Sandman.

I also only like stuff with self contained stories, that don't just go on forever with no end in sight. This very much applies to anime. I don't watch Naruto or bleach or anything like that. It just annoys me.

I just want to see Yui further indulge her metal inclinations.
