wolves

Just watched this movie tonight. My main question, since they seemed to be constantly running off the wolves, why didn't they shoot them for food? I didn't understand that. Otherwise not a bad movie about a true event in history. A little too slow moving for my taste. But love historical pioneer movies no matter what the religion. I was jsut searching the net for more info on the hand cart companies. This movie seemed to run true to the other info I found.
