I loved Luv. I thought both Common, and the kid did very very good. It was also visually striking, and had me emotionally invested the whole way through. I don't understand why there is so much negative feedback for the film, I for one am happy to say I saw it and loved it.

Roger Ebert gave it a good review. Wish I could see it but it's not playing in my area.

Catch it streaming through Netflix. It really is a great film.
