Thank you mary! :-)))

If I've read the last post on the website that Mary gave us, they're done shooting. It's dated today; did they work on a holiday?

Yesterday it was Jimmy's last day on set. It makes sense since next week (june 6th) he's going to start filming LOFT.
Unfortunately I think his role on AS COOL AS I AM will be sort of a cameo (I read somewhere: "...often absent father..." sigh)

mau79, as amazing as ever. Thank you for the information. How do you find out these things?

I've accessed that website every day. It seems that there may still be filming done, but some actors may have left the location. It was fun reading for a while. but now all it seems to be is a venue for personal messages back and forth, and I don't know who these people are.
But thanks for the site address.

I read everything on the link of Facebook.. And then I asked some questions. And they were really kind to answer:

"Day 18 of production for the Identity Films Feature Film - "As Cool As I Am" was a great day, but also a sad day, as James Marsden is officially wrapped... James was a pleasure to work with and was so awesome. I have no doubt you will truly enjoy his performance!"

- How big is James' role???

- IDENTITY FILMS He's a leading character, we shot him out first so he can start a new movie on Monday

- I'm so happy! I feared his was to be some sort of a cameo, so happy to read this! He is the greatest!
I'll be waiting for this movie!!!
Btw how many days of shooting have you got left?
THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR ANSWER :-)

Great information, great news. "Shot him out first" makes me think he was shot out of a cannon :-)
I'm a newcomer at all this; it sounds like they work fast. I read somewhere that independent films have to do this. I think I know why - don't they rent a lot of their equipment and space and if they plan it right, they can take two or three weeks to do what a larger company with more money would spend and do?

Exactly :-)
