Springer and Multiple personality disorder?

I'm especially referring to his gardener, Victor, as a created persona. As Springer accidentally flirts with Emma over the phone, the braver and more sexual Gardener is "created". Victor is actually first showing up as he is talking with her, as it is probably the only way Springer can coop with a non-platonic relationship. This arrangement is challenged when Emma decides to move in, and Victor has to die, because posing as two people at the same time might confuse Springer even more. When Emma meets Springer face-to-face for the first time, she recognizes his face, but not his voice, making it even clearer that they are the same person.

I don't know if what I'm saying is obvious, but I have seen a few post here where the movie is described as a bunch of purely random events. Even though there are lots of aspects that I can't wrap my head around, (like inside showers and magic trees) I feel that the movie hints towards Dolph Springer is suffering from severe dissociative identity disorder?, probably caused by the disappearance of his beloved dog.

If Victor is a “made up” character, this might apply to the other strange men in the movie. Springer shows signs of insecurity as he realizes that his dog is missing, and “pop”, suddenly a guy questioning everything about his life, even if he likes jogging or not. Maybe other people are just imaginary too. This could explain the extraordinary skills of the detective, and the limo containing Master Chang driving off as his dog returns. A bit questionable that last part, but I think it is highly possible that Victor and Springer might be the same person.

You're not the only one who thinks so, except I think that other people were also a part of Dolph's Multiple Personalities. We've established the gardener; there are two more characters to consider.

Emma. There was the parallelism of her being stabbed and bleeding from the stomach and Dolph being attacked and bleeding from the head. Perhaps it was that part of his brain that Emma "lived" in. When that part of his head was injured, it affected Emma. I haven't done research on MPD so I have no idea if this makes sense at all.

The neighbor that kept on driving. Losing Paul disturbed Dolph's psyche, and around that time is when the neighbor just took off and Emma came into the picture. It may have been the result of how Dolph's brain worked, dealing with a severe loss and the way it affects MPD.

It's late and I've only finished this movie 30 minutes ago and am still processing it. Need to sleep on it, but let me know your thoughts.
