Even with body doubles, inexcusable scenes

I believe the director when she says body doubles were used. But how does she explain the scene where the girl is prancing around in a tiny thong with a dog collar. Maybe a body double was used in the scene where they show a side view of the subsequent sex scene where the face is covered. But then the scenes progresses to her under the guy and camera is on top and pans down from her face to her hands fondling the guy's ass. Seriously, how is that acceptable filmmaking?

And there are other scenes similar to that where even if a body double or a fake penis were used in the explicit scenes, there is no excuse for her being in the non explicity but heavy R scenes.
