THE BIG LIE

There is ONE big lie in this movie. The priests were almost entirely HOMOSEXUAL and their victims were not children but early adolescents 12-17 or so. Fewer than 10% of the predator priests were true pedophiles who molested pre-pubescent children. They molested under-aged, sexually developed young men. The one big, glaring and idiotic lie in this movie is the line 'it doesn't matter if it were boys or girls, they chose boys for convenience....'. This is truly jaw-dropping nonsense and easily refutable. The adolescent boys had their powerful budding sexual urges combined with fatherless broken family lives to make them easy prey for an authority figure. And yes, it is utterly evil.

If you think I am remotely defending these abusers, please stand corrected! The glaring fact is that when the seminaries opened wide to let in homosexual priests this was the end result.

The priests always tended to be homosexuals going back centuries.

A place for men who were supposed to remain celibate. What kind of person was going to join the priesthood.

I have known celibate and CHASTE priests who are men of a caliber you would not even comprehend. After Vatican II, the pickings have been rather slim admittedly. Obviously, you have made yourself the measure of all men - whatever seems impossible and absurd for YOU is thus for all men. How sad for you.
