The pool

One thing puzzles me a little, I recently saw a featurette about the making of this film and when they were filming the exterior of the lodge there was a swimming pool out front but this wasn't seen in the movie. Did they magically hide it? I also think they overplayed the religion a little bit but still think it was a heart warming story, I was particularly impressed with Erin Karpluk's performance she did a great job with the emotional scenes.
