What sort of release strategy is that? It's been out on digital for ages now and is available on home media. Coming to the UK a whole SIX MONTHS after the US release.

For reference the UK got X on the same date as the USA.

You can only assume they had no plans on releasing it in the UK but enough people were asking for it online that they decided to go ahead with a UK release and with the logistics involved and competition in theaters they decided on this date.

Anyway a heads up for fans of the film in the UK who want to see it on the 'big screen'.
