Pearl the killer?
Now that the synopsis of this movie has stated this, is there any reason for me to watch X?

X isn't a 'whodunnit?'. You don't lose anything really by knowing who the killer is.
Does knowing that Michael Myers or Jason Voorhees are the killers in their respective franchise efforts lessen your enthusiasm for new entries? That's a rhetorical question by the way, if you're all about mystery, intrigue and twists then by all means skip X, otherwise dive right in.
I'll watch it when I get a chance. I just wondered whether knowing the identity of the killer would be an issue.
shareNo problemo. As I said the film isn't a guessing game. I went into it knowing who the killer would be (the trailer for X isn't very subtle, it pretty much tells you). The experience won't be any different knowing the identity. Hope you enjoy the film.
