Scott is smokin' hot

I actually came to say the episode with Rui is my favorite Income Property episode thus far. The show was done just a tad differently than usual, with more emphasis on Scott BSing with the homeowner, and goofing off. Scott is just plain hot, and I think so more every time I watch an episode. I remember I used to think he was attractive in theory, but there was something about him that bugged me, but now I have NO idea what I was thinking. I often will rewind and rewatch scenes just because of how sexy Scott is in them! And he makes me laugh too, which is sexy all by itself.
