Just another House Hunters show? Scott is now helping the person BUY and THEN renovate a home?
I liked the original premise for this show better. Taking something the person already owns and renovates a part of it.
I'm not digging this new concept.
I completely agree. I'm sure it's all staged, but it's plainly done now - there's no way a couple could find a house, go through the process of buying it, get the entire deal closed, and then get permits in the amount of time before Scott starts work. That's months worth of paperwork...so calling complete BS on the latest seasons.

I was curious about this, too. But if you look at the casting application for season 10 (http://www.incomepropertytelevision.com/; download the application to see), it says "Must already own a property. Season 10 will not include house hunting." So maybe the past couple of seasons were legit?
