Title explanation...
I am a bit confused. What is the logic of title?
2nd thing, what is the word, Buddha (as of Buddhism) or Buddha (as of old man)?
if you watch the film you will notice that anupam kher mentions that bastar is the villgae of Buddha (the lord Buddha). even his folder that he hands over to vikram in titled the same.
I think its more of a metaphor for the village (or any tribal area for the matter) being stuck without any progression or development.
