Much better than what I expected.

I gave it a 7. Not sure why its being rated so low.
Most of the characters were likeable and its funny all the way through.
Even the Eric Roberts scene got a laugh in the end even though it had the potential to be just another overused Hollywood comedy gag.
I had to pause to finish laughing after the vampire joke, and grandma asking for batteries got a lol also.
While watching I was thinking it had a more realistic feel to it than most movies of this type, and then I found out it is based on a true story, which makes it something kind of unique.
