They have one .srt file that worked for me on this movie.
These subtitles are ok, but the sync is a bit off every now and then.
I wound up watching it with French subtitles. I speak very little French, but that was okay. I got the gist of the movie anyway.

shareMy impression is you don't need subtitles to understand, or at least the dialogue is not totally revealing.
The assaults and murder are never explained. We do learn the runner is preparing for a marathon, and he seems to run during the night because he can't sleep. Perhaps his mind is on his sexual feelings towards men, but that's never directly offered as the reason for his insomnia. He falls for his roommates cousin.
