Warld War II magazine review

In the July/August 2014 issue it got a big article and a rave review. GW used 2000 extras, had 141 sets, 86 days of filming in 3 countries, took 1 1/2 year to edit, and cost 14 million Euros (paid by German TV ZDF). It was well received by the German people in that some finally came to terms with their past. The production values are exemplary, the result of 8 years of research. The props are 100% accurate. Highly recommended viewing. Only problem I saw was the often small (and fast) subtitles on the DVDs.
