Crazy, I heard she went to prison for like 2-3 years for drug trafficking. Seemed really out of the blue.

Looks like she was conned by someone who was supposedly a 'friend' and did,nt even know what her 'friend' was up to until it was too late and she got suckered into the wrong place at the wrong time.

Meili Cady is the name of the actress that was convicted of conspiring to smuggle Marijuana from Hollywood to Columbus, Ohio. She was sentenced to 1 month in Federal prison, 1 year of house arrest and 2 years of probation. Cady was betrayed by her former best friend, Lisette Lee from South Korea.
