The slut

So Cuba kills the girl's dad and stalks her the rest of her life for some reason. The girl having only just met Cuba wants to bang him immediately because he reminds her of home? Then the girl finds out Cuba is the evil man who killed her dad, and by the end of the film she is ready to bang him again? WTF?

What scene did that happen in? I'll agree that Cuba finding a willing lay so easily the first time was a bit far fetched, but where the hell did it nearly happen for a second time? The only thing I noticed at the end was her mixed emotions: she despises him for murdering her father, but cannot help but to appreciate the fact that he basically just gave up his life to save hers (fortunately for him he only gets shot in the shoulder). If she wasn't feeling something for him (appreciation at the very least, and don't forget she's just been through one hell of an emotional shakeup a few minutes earlier), then she's one effed up individual. Seriously, I saw no hint from her that she wanted to bang him on the sidewalk.

Right at the end where she opened the package and it was her dad's book, and she immediately lookes around hopefully with a smile on her face looking hungrily for Cuba's package. That was just nasty and unbelieveable.

??

That's ridiculous. I think you're having me on, now. All it shows is that she's reached a level of acceptance thanks to him sacrificing himself for her, to the extent that she now finds it nice that he's looking out for her. If you read anything further into that smile then you must consider a day at the beach to be disgusting public porno romp.

And who wouldn't look up to see if they can spot the person who's just sent you something important? I know I would, it's only natural.

Dude killed her dad, stalked her her whole life, almost banged her after she offered herself to him after meeting him for 30 seconds, dragged her into almost getting killed, and she is supposed to put that behind her and smile when that creepy killer sends her her dad's Bible he's been keeping all these years? Not a natural reaction at all. A normal person would be like 'oh sh!t that killer is stalking me again' and looking around all scared.

Ok, we will have to agree to disagree on that one.

I know you're a troll, but I do partly agree with you. She's not a slut in anyway, but the way she forgives him so easily was unbelievable to me too.
