when the underboss bombed the other families car why didn't he waited for them to get in it then he could have bombed, i laughed when i saw it, it's like:
I'm gonna hunt you down and kill you and you better hide because i just bombed your car while ur not in it IM SO DANGEROUS.

I didn't think about it like that, but you're right. He should have just killed him when he had the chance, lol.
