Great sci-fi / could have been anime

This is the best, could have been Anime movie I have seen. Do not let me mislead you, it is still not amazing and the graphics are a little on the cheese side. However, the concept, the acting, the movie ... is just great sci-fi that could have easily been done (and might be) as full Japanese Anime
