Where do they hide the cameras?

i don't think it's necessary to hide the cameras, there are so many security cameras every where, its like seeing a car or cell phone its just normal.

With satellite, you can see anything from any angle...

The same way. I imagine that they have little sheds and boxes that they can just plop down wherever they need them and put a cameraman inside. No one's going to notice a box at the mall with some movie posters on the side and they won't notice a boarded up ice cream booth at the beach.

A lot of the shots look like the camera is far away and they are using a high zoom.

Besides, the producers need to hire an architect and a graphics designer and they can make a dozen camera boxes that no one would recognize.
