Which one would you hire to sell your house?

I'd have to go with Frederik. Seems to get the highest prices. I hate Ryan's brokers parties - fun for the brokers, but so over-priced with little result.

I always thought that the brokers paid for these open houses...as well as the staging.
Bravo might contribute though...the parties are usually way too extravagant to be real. I don't see why anyone would bother trying to "woo" another broker, as it is in both party's interests to find/sell a property.
A rave party as an open house?

Fredrick for the price, but. Luis because he seems genuine. Annoying, but genuinely interested in staying on your good side so he'll make a repeat customer out of you. I think Fredrick would only bother with you if you could make him lots of money. He probably fobs off the ones who don't have that much, if he takes them on at all.

It's funny, but I see Luis as the least genuine of the lot. Everything he does seems very calculated to create a certain impression; he always seems to be hiding something.

Ryan is at #37 and I couldn't find Luis on the list.

And why don't we ever get to see Frederick's business partner John Gomes? Is he not photogenic enough for Bravo or is he just too smart and private to be a part of this silly show? He seems to be as important to Frederick's success as Frederick himself.

If it's a 2-man team, shouldn't rankings divide the total amount in half?

I think i read somewhere the other day that if you count total LISTING PRICES Fredrik is number one, but if you count actual SALES ryan and his team recently got named number 1

I think I'd go with Ryan. Not only because he reminds me of Archer, and I love that show, but also because he thinks outside the box coupled with an "out of this world" drive to succeed. Lastly, it'd give me more chances to check him out. He has an amazingly sexy body.
