His frequent lip puckering can be distracting, but a montage would be pretty funny. Maybe Andy C's team will put one together.

LOL I swear every time I pause to go pee or whatever, I come back to a screen where either him or Luis is making a weird face, mostly him.

His expressions are awesome. And he has a way of looking completely shocked at every little piece of new info that he hears. He is the definition of a pure drama queen. I'd love to see the look on his face when he comes home and sees Derek's naked body covered in paint (but that may be another show).

Love this! Frederick is a riot. I love the gamut of expressions he went thru during that conversation/confessional when the seller agent reneged on the first deal (pouty faced Fred) but then promised Frederick would handle an even bigger deal (sly smile Fred.). Then there was the time he and bunch of realtors were wearing shoe protectors and all started slide dancing in the kitchen.
