His big exit speech was filmed months ago, yet he's still listed as an active agent at Douglas Elliman, with his own team, and MANY current listings. I call BS. I think Bravo just let him go from the show and the whole "I'm walking away from real estate" seemed like a more dignified way out.

I think he was more into being a tv personality than a realtor. I bet he made some connections during this gig and will show up hosting some cable tv talk show somewhere. I hope they replace him with a woman.
