Honestly I never got the vibe that he was gay before but ever since the last episode I'm speculating he is... I mean he just never seems interested in any women, even the model from last season. Also I find it weird that somebody so good looking is never in relationship.

Did you see the kiss Ryan planted on his new "girlfriend" last night? I almost died laughing. He totally made this "ew, cooties" face. It was so awkward. Then in the promo for the next episode, he is breaking up with her already!

A lot of good looking guys grew up with family telling them how awesome they were. That made them very career driven but not much in terms of forming a personality or skills for friendships/relationships as based in the Hurricane Sandy episode when he had no friends or anyone to contact. And many of them are "warm" in the business world or on camera but not in real life dealing with people in the social world.
