When Jeff was telling her he thought she needed further help that he was not qualified to give, I noticed how softly he said it, and the lady seemed to receive it so well. Be nice if everyone was that way, but some hoarders won't admit they have a problem. I can talk, because I am the pot calling the kettle black!

I used to be like her, with all the bathroom junk, and then one day I just cleaned it all and it's been clean ever since. Sometimes you forget what you have. Anyway, I digress. Great job, Jeff and Jenni!
