Beasts' house, what other movies has it been in?

I know that the location guide is empty for this movie on IMDB but, the second I saw the outside of the Beasts' house, I thought "I've seen this house in another movie!" but, for the life of me, I can't remember what it was.

Did anyone else recognise it? I have a feeling it was something post-apocalyptic maybe? I know that Vancouver has a LOT of filming for SyFy shows / movies. Perhaps that's where I saw it.
